NO BAKE COOKIES
1/2 cup Butter
2 cups Sugar (i like to use half white and half brown sugar)
1/3 cup Milk
1/2 cup Peanut Butter
3 Tbsp Cocoa
1 tsp. Vanilla
3 cups Oatmeal
*Combine butter, sugar and milk in a medium sized pot and bring to a boil for one minute (stirring constantly).
*Remove from heat. Add Peanut Butter, Cocoa and Vanilla. Stir.
*Add Oatmeal and stire until well mixed.
*Drop by tablespoon onto wax paper, quickly before they set up.
*Wait a few minute for cookies to set and then ENJOY!

CAUTION: These are VERY addicting! I tend to just gobble them all up, I don't think my husband even realized I made these the other day because my daughter and I ate them up so fast! Great way to lose baby weight right? ha! -on that note, I did happen to step on the scale today and find out I dropped 5 pounds pretty instantly since I stopped drinking milk a week ago (it was bothering the baby). So now I'm below my pre-pregnancy weight...hmm....doesn't really look it though!!! My tummy, hips and thighs are shot right now! But I just started to gym again recently so hopefully I'll be looking like my former self again :)
Anyways, if you don't have help around your house to eat these delicious little cookies up, then plan to take some to a friend, neighboor or relative and just save a few for yourself! ENJOY!!!
